Liked it. The plot is predictable enough given the genre young doctor meets hospital director's pretty, spoiled son; much trouble ensues, but not everything is as it seems. The characters are likable, and it has that easy mix of a little bit funny and a little bit sad--nothing too heartbreaking. The art style works for me, but I know that's incredibly subjective. (I also like that older CLAMP style and the big-eyed shoujo manga look, so I guess I'm not a tough customer on that front.) The length was good (didn't feel cheated), the image quality is clean and readable ( Edition), and the translation's pretty decent. Everything flows nicely.
Note/Trigger Warning & probable Spoiler Alert There's a lot of debate about Trigger Warnings being glorified spoilers, so if you don't want to risk learning a plot point, don't read on.

Here's the note/warning If you don't like the Rape/Attempted Rape Trope that pops up in a lot of yaoi storylines, you might want to give this one a pass. No actual rape takes place, but there is an attack/attempted rape that is, of course, foiled by one of the main characters. It is "on screen" as opposed to backstory, and it's part of a significant bit of characterization/plot that you can't really ignore. So, there's that.)

This was awesome. I loved it. I love Makoto Tateno's work. Those two were made for each other.
I'm in love with Tateno Makoto, and this book is no exception. I can't remember if I read the original storyline but their story is very cute. I'd recommend finding the original manga (I don't remember the name) first then this one. It'll make more sense. But I recommend this book 100%
